Since the Saltwater Grill opened in 2002, it has quickly become the “in” place to dine on Panama City Beach. The owners have transformed the restaurant into a “one of a kind” dining experience.

Where brewing vats once resided in the center of the former restaurant, The Panama City Brewery, extensive work has been done to this interior space to create the breathtaking 25,000 Gallon Saltwater Aquarium.

Abundant sea life is the backdrop to your dining experience at the Saltwater Grill.

We have had bridal couples say their “I dos” in front of the Aquarium!

In addition to the wonderful ambiance of the restaurant, the main attraction is the food.

Our fabulous prime rib is slow cooked all day for exceptional taste and tenderness.

Our hand-cut, hickory grilled, succulent filet mignon, ribeye, top sirloin and New York strip are everyone’s favorite steaks.

Live Maine lobsters arrive at the restaurant each week and you can make your selection from our Lobster Tank.

Our dinners are served with fresh sautéed vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato or try a favorite – our baked sweet potato.

Another transformation to the Saltwater Grill has been the addition of Panama City Beach’s only Piano Bar. The Piano Bar has become a favorite with locals and tourists alike. Michael Rorah, accomplished pianist and talented singer will play your requests.
